Providing outstanding childcare
The childcare practitioners have been carefully selected for their qualifications experience and skills.
They are friendly and approachable and are all committed to personal and professional development. We have legal obligation and a commitment to keeping children safe, to enable us to do this, we ensure that all staff have undergone an enhancement CRB/DBS check.
All new staff have a 7 week induction process to inform them of our policies and procedures and to ensure a consistent approach to quality childcare.
Key person
We have a key person system; this ensures that there is a named person who will work closely with you and your child. They can answer any questions that you may have. Your key person will be allocated to you at the earliest opportunity to ease the settling in period. They will keep you informed about your child’s achievements, progress and development. Although your Key person is mainly responsible for your child, your child will work with other members of the team during the day, so they are also able to answer any of your questions.
